2018 Mazda BT-50 GT dual-cab review

Australia’s ute market is big, and the bigger it gets, the more room it has to fragment. At one end, big, brash, pricey utes positioned as status symbols are running off dealer lots, while salt of the earth style workhorses show no signs of slowing either. Mazda’s BT-50 falls somewhere in the middle. 2018 Mercedes-Benz X-Class recalled

Mercedes-Benz has recalled the 2018 X-Class ute over concerns about the tyre pressure monitoring software. According to the company, a software error (code RY2) in the tyre pressure monitoring system of some X-Class vehicles might prevent it from displaying a low tyre pressure warning in the instrument cluster. Driving with tyre pressures below the recommended minimum can cause uneven tyre wear, and steering/braking behaviour is negatively impacted, increasing the risk of an accident.
